In the first quarter of 2021, the trivia game category has seen its ups and downs in the United Kingdom across both iOS and Android platforms. Sensor Tower's data offers us a clear view of how the top five trivia games performed during this period.

Elevate - Brain Training Games experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at around $35K in the last week of December and dipping to about $24K by mid-March before recovering slightly to $35K towards the end of March. Downloads followed a similar downward trend from 14K to approximately 11K, while weekly active users decreased from 98K to 91K.

For Millionaire Trivia: TV Game, revenue fluctuated between $13K and $18K, ending the quarter on a high note with around $14K. Downloads saw a more pronounced decline, dropping from 16K at the beginning of the period to below 8K. The game's weekly active users also decreased from 102K to 75K.

Party Roulette: Group games showed a steady revenue stream, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with around $13K. Downloads initially dropped from 7.6K to below 2K but saw a resurgence to 4.7K by the end of March. The weekly active users started at 8.5K and saw a rise to over 5K by the end of the quarter.

Next, SongPop Classic - Music Trivia maintained a relatively stable revenue between $5K and $7K, despite a few peaks and troughs. Downloads for the game saw a significant drop from 4K to around 1.7K, while active users decreased from 20K to 15K.

Lastly, Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes had a varied revenue pattern, starting at $7.6K and dipping to $4.3K before ending the quarter at around $4.7K. This game, however, dominated in downloads with an impressive start at 43K, although it experienced a decline to 24K. Weekly active users remained high, starting at 232K and ending the quarter with 189K.
